Two question for you:
Is there a way to invert the y-axis on the mouse?
Is there a way to reduce the in-game mouse sensitivity?

You can reverse the y-axis in the options menu in the bottom right of the main screen.

For mouse sensitivity settings, please refer to your computer's control panel.
