I'm running Mac OS 10.5.8 with Firefox v3.5.7 after I play a mission or three it locks up my entire computer. I can't even force quit. This happens no matter what graphic setting I have it on. Please fix this soon. I've enjoyed what I've been able to play thus far.

Sorry, It's a PPC this happens in both the browser and the standalone version.

I agree. The game is awesome. The atmosphere and the simple controls make for a very enjoyable experience. In the single player campaign your play needs to be perfect to complete the level (in my opinion). I would like to see an update that allows you get better weapons faster or armor earlier in the single player campaign. The difficulty just kills some of the fun.

Not really a problem with the software or my computer, but is there any way to delete my old campaigns and start over? I have the full version, and I've already completed three campaigns on some easier routes, and I want to try the hard route. I can't unless I can start a new campaign...

Yes, there's a delete campaign button below the list of campaigns.

Hi there,

just bought the game via Steam and wanted to play with my friend. But both of us (both Vista 64 user, both Steam players) couldn't see any game. I tried to search simultaneously for games via the browser version and it was possible to see 3 open games. Via steam there was nothing... and no chance to get logged in any game... not my friend's game or any other, cause there was nothing on the list.
We opened firewalls and router ports, but that didn't change anything.

Second bug i got is, that it's not possible to play in 1920x1080 resolution... only one step lower. Game wouldn't start with highest resolution and Fantastic graphic setting.

Please help... maybe we forgot some ports?

P.S.: We tried both... american and european server pools.

One thing more to the multiplayer problem: Steam version is build 17, browser version is build 18!

We've actually done a fair bit of testing and haven't been able to replicate any multiplayer problems on Steam? Could be some spottiness here and there. Please let us know if these problems persist.

I bought the game through Steam and on my first Campaign I did the Snow Run (Parrin to Kain). The game is now stuck there. I can beat the mission with 100% goods and it will not let me continue.

I am running Windows XP Pro Service Pack2 with a 2.51 GHz and 2GB of Ram. Graphics Card: Nvidia 7600

Can't see Steam online games with the Steam Client of GoI.
But if i use the flash i can see Steam games.

If i start a game in Steam GoI i found it in the flash lobby.
But if i start a game in the flash version steam found nothing.

Same thing here. The Steam GoI client don't find any game, so it's impossible to join any multiplayer game.

To help us to wait untill this problem solving, is there any way to upgrade the Muse web-based client to the full version when you have bought it from steam (e.g. : using the CD Key from the Steam client)? I don't find anyway to enter this CD Key in my Muse accoumpt profile.

We're investigating the multiplayer issues further. Make sure your server selection is US for now.

@Hamster - what do you mean by stuck? Does it take you back to the map screen? Does the game freeze?

Selecting the US servers don't change anything, even for us, player of the "old world"...
